Shadow Work Course 2020 - Live and Interactive Course

Welcome to the 2020 Shadow Work Course. As the wheel turns once again, it is coming to that time of year again when we look inwards. This is the time we look to heal, release, rebalance, and honour our shadow and light. During this course we will be working with our inner child to heal past trauma, and looking at how to balance the shadow and light of our own personal astrology. We will also be completing a Samhain shadow and light ritual together. Our shadow work each year provides us with an energetic rebalance and solid base to begin the wheel again and manifest our dreams in the following year.This is just a peak inside this course, for more information see below and the live recorded video in my closed Facebook group.

There is an optional course kit which you can select from the dropdown menu, which will include a Flower of Life selenite galet, black moonstone galet, inner child candle, and all the additional tools you need to complete the course.

At checkout there are 2 postage options, standard delivery or courier. You can choose between the 2, however if you are in a country still struggling with Covid or that still has a backed up postal system, I do consider recommending Courier checkout to you receive the tools before the class starts

About this Course

This is a live and interactive course with its own Facebook group and online interactive classroom. This course starting 12th August will be 6 weeks long and during this time you will have one to one tuition from myself in our course group with all questions being answered! Spaces are very limited as I teach small groups to create a safe container for sharing and exploration of the course’s topic.

Course Details

When the course begins you will be placed in our secret Facebook group and given access to the online classroom. You have access to course materials for life.

Classes are a mix of mostly live (on YouTube, recorded for later access) with a couple recorded (where I might need to show a specific technique or something I cannot achieve live with a normal camera set up) video classes, each between 1.5 and just over 2 hours in length. 

In the online classroom you will also find the homework/projects for each class, bonus information and everything you need to complete the course in your own time.

You do not need to be in the UK to take this course as the group is active 24 hours a day and all live classes are recorded with instant access to fit around your time zone.

Class 1 – Healing the Inner Child

• A look at who your inner child really is and how to connect with them
• How our inner child interacts with us throughout life, and leaving behind misconceptions that the inner child is only about childhood trauma
• Understanding the different levels of healing we can achieve by working closely with our inner child

Bonus – Journey to Heal the Inner Child

Class 2 – (31^st October) Shadow Work Ritual with Full Integration and Energy Rebalancing

• During this ritual we will work on a full rebalancing of our energy field using tools from our course kit. We will also be doing a full integration of our light and shadow, bringing ourselves into a healed space.
• Homework

Class 3 – Balancing Shadow and Light of Your Main Astrological Sign

• Learning the light and shadow of your primary sign (we will also cover moon and rising). There will be downloadable PDFs for the signs
• How to balance the light and shadow within your signs and work with them to create healing and harmony
• Creating a healing crystal grid with a focus on your own signs and healing in mind

• How your own energy and thoughts have an impact on your daily life and reality
