Welcome to my ‘Spiritual Self Care Course’, what does that mean, I hear you ask? This course is a spiritual MOT for yourself, bringing you back into balance, understanding, and taking your own self practise to a deeper level. Here you will find the tools and techniques to concentrate on creating a spiritual sacred home, daily practise around self-care, and bringing everything back into balance before we energetically, spiritually and phsyically.

About this Course

This course was originally taught as one of my live and interactive courses (please see that section of the site or my closed facebook group for the live courses) which i teach all throughout the year. I have been asked for the last year if my courses could be offered as a self study option after they are completed live for those who could not get a place on the course, could not take part at the time or who are newer to our community. Only a limited number of my courses will be available for the self study option.

This course is now available self study so you can complete it in your own time.

Spiritual Self Care Ritual Course Details

When you sign up you will receive an email which will welcome you to the course and give you access to the fully integrated online classroom. 

Here you will find all the recorded video classes, each between 1.5 and just over 2 hours in length. 

During the course you will learn indepth spiritual techniques, new ways of bringing magick into every day life, how to build a self care routine and even take a quiz to see where you currently are with your own self care.

You will also find the homework/projects for each class, bonus information and everything you need to complete the course in your own time.

This course is very indepth with a lot of content and while you could complete it in around 7 weeks, self care is an ongoing part of our life and spritual practice. What you learn here will be carried forward with you through the rest of your life from times of happiness to times of struggle bringing comfort and balance.

• Being in flow with our energy, and the joy and happiness of the universe
